Background

Immerse yourself in the rich history of the Royal Opera House and discover the stories of the incredible women who have shaped its legacy since the 18th century. This tour takes you through the remarkable journeys of those who have managed, directed, performed and influenced both The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet.

From innovators who supported the war efforts of the Allied Powers of World War II to visionary choreographers and composers who transformed ballet and opera; uncover the fascinating tales of women who defied gender conventions and helped the Royal Opera House become the global artistic powerhouse it is today. Join us to celebrate the enduring impact of just some of the women who have shaped our artistic heritage.

This tour is available all year round. New dates are added on a rolling basis. Please check back in the coming months for updated availability.
