Biography

He studied graphic design in Jerusalem and at Central Saint Martins. An award-winning video artist, he is known for crafting striking visual worlds for concerts, theatres, museums and live events worldwide. Recent collaborations include before and after nature with David Lang, Mahler’s Symphony No. 8 with Tom Morris (Southbank Centre), and San Francisco Opera’s Pride Concert. In music, he has previously collaborated with Thomas Adès, Esa-Pekka Salonen, Olga Neuwirth and Christopher Mayo, as well as Staatsoper Hannover, New York Philharmonic, LA Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, New World Symphony and the BBC Symphony Orchestra. Other work spans The Hunger Games on Stage, the 2022 Commonwealth Games, and collaborations with the V&A, Louis Vuitton, Marni and Telfar. Previous work at the ROH includes Pet Shop Boys: Inner Sanctum, Les Enfants Terribles and Lohengrin. He won the 2008 BAFTA for Best Title Sequence for Skins
